The Ups & Downs Of Being A Professional Property Investor - Cameron Stewart Cameron is not your typical Property Investor type.
He enjoyed a normal rural childhood in Invercargill; hunting, fishing and playing rugby. My Dad was a freezing worker and Mum was a stay at home Mum, he did not come from a financially abundant mentality, the family lived pay cheque to pay cheque and he did not get much experience in regards to finances in general.
At 16 he left school to pursue various jobs in the agricultural industry. At just 24 years of age, he started to renovate and sell properties in South Auckland, working up to buying and selling more than 50 houses in a year.
By age 37 he's been involved in more than 300 + transactions across all types of residential property , cosmetic trade renovations , extensive reclad projects , new builds , infill developments , home & income conversions, small subdivisions, minor dwellings & consulted on large land procurement projects.
Its needless to say that his team have done most things related to the residential property market and this gives great insights and knowledge in helping others.
